  • 2 ripe but firm pears
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
